Role Purpose To provide an end-to-end sales administration support function to Account Managers and business unit. Your responsibilities will include: • Log Service Requests for Account Managers and manage this process till completion. • Provide reports on Services Request on a daily basis • Manage the Service Desk and close all SR’s within the prescribed SLA timeframes • Feedback to Business Partners and customers on all reported SR’s • Assist Solution Architects with maintenance of customer entities in CRM tool (Siebel) • Data capturing and maintenance of customer database and other CRM tools • To provide regular feedback to on queries and complaints • To follow up on customer orders, upgrades, escalated sales orders, sim swaps, billing issues, transfers and other queries received • Facilitate Credit & Risk applications/support and assistance to new customers • Assist Sales Team with special mass campaigns, custoemer courtesy calls, etc. • Help improve Network Promotor Score (NPS with customers The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Matric (Essential) • Diploma/Certificate in Administration preferred. • Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications • Ability to manage and resolve queries timeously • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer care relations • Knowledge of all Corporate and Commercial Solutions Products & Services and processes will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of Customer relations management fundamentals • Knowledge of all reporting systems (Eppix, Siebel, CRM. ICAP, Morpheus 2 & Dealer, VPP & Fast Track) Closing date for applications is 23 August 2021. The base location for this role is Polokwane, Limpopo.
