The Thoriso Themane Foundation has lashed at out at the justice system after the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday granted R2000 bail to each of the 7 teenagers accused of killing Thoriso Themane.
The teenage gang is accused of brutaly assaulting Themane to death in Flora Park, Polokwane in February.
The foundation’s spokesperson Kevin Phohotona says residents are still angry, and are threatening to embark on mass action to appeal the court’s decision.
Phohotona says the suspects belong in prison because they remain a danger to society and they are not welcome
